If you are registering for others and do not plan to attend the conference yourself, you will still need to create an account for yourself. This will allow you to access receipts and make substitutions if need be. After you register the participants from your district or agency, each registrant will receive an email that they, too, will need to register for an account. This will allow the registrants access to all conference handouts, certificate of attendance and conference evaluations.
